As they say, with power comes responsibility, and to ensure our prefects are trained for the challenges of their new roles we hold a Prefects Conference at Rothampstead Manor in the Summer Term. This is a time for individuals to discover their strengths and hone new skills as well as have opportunities to work together in their new team.
