I am delighted to report that yet again this year SJL students have had great success in gaining offers from Oxford and Cambridge University. After a nervous wait following interviews in November and December, eight of our current students and one ex-student have been successful: Sebastian Murphy, Chemistry at University College Oxford; Edwin Reynolds, Mathematics at Pembroke College Oxford; Andrew Gilbert, History at Peterhouse College Cambridge; Lawrence Rowles, Economics at Clare College Cambridge; Tina Zhao, Land Economics at Gonville and Caius College Cambridge; Harriet Wakeman, Law at Downing College Cambridge; Sophie Tang, Law at Sidney Sussex College Cambridge; Melissa Leonard, General Engineering at Gonville and Caius College Cambridge and also Luke Evans, who left SJL in the summer, Japanese Studies at Pembroke College Cambridge.  Congratulations to all those involved - the hard work to gain the grades required starts now!
