Entry requirements

It is strongly recommended that students wishing to take this course are able to read Music and have music GCSE at C and above. Students should have an interest in and working knowledge of music technology. Students who are not confident at music sequencing will be asked to attend a pre A Level Course so that they can gain the necessary skills as the exam syllabus expects a good working knowledge of a sequencing package before the students begin. An ability to play an instrument, or to sing, is also advisable, but not essential.
