This Diploma course will give you an idea of the vast range of jobs and career paths offered by the industry. Hospitality includes hotels; restaurants; pubs, bars and nightclubs; contract food providers; hospitality services; membership clubs and events.

This Diploma would be suitable for someone interested in a career working
in tourist services or holiday parks, or wish to study hotel management. You will explore issues such as the importance of customer service, managing resources, setting up in business and a range of life skills such as healthy eating and food and safety.
